Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• During high-demand periods (e.g., festivals, sales), processing may take an extra day or two.

 International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, we’re working on expanding soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

• Damaged: Please share unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

• Delayed/Lost: Contact us with your order number and we’ll coordinate with the courier for a resolution.

We ensure safe packaging but we’re here to help if issues arise.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
